Definition of Communication:
  • Art to make yourself understood / understand other people. (read, write, speak, listen).
  • Communication skills are always used as benchmarks for the effectiveness of leadership.
Communication skills include:
  • Ability to listen.
  • Submission Message.
  • Reassessing the communication.
  • Anticipating the results of the assessment (for the current series / continuous).
Communication Key to Success:
  • Frequent practice
  • Use the feedback
  • Develop active listening
  • Develop empathy
  • Choosing the right media channels
